Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your CommissionGuard subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or email us at notify@commissiongaurdian.com and we'll take care of it.

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial — you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from the Billing & plan page; cancellation ends your access immediately and stops future billing. Canceling stops renewal but does not itself issue a refund for the current period — use the money-back guarantee above for that.
